The special offers we listed in the catalogue may not be combined with each other. Please note that offers are subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend dates and prices. For all special offers such as “7 = 6, 14 =10, 21 = 14” or “Friends promote Friends” applies always the lowest daily price.”

 

Booking process

After booking your accommodation, we will immediately send you a contract of hire in duplicate. The hire contract must be completed in full and signed then returned to Gebetsroither by email or fax. A deposit of 20% of the total sum must be received within 14 days. Only once the deposit has been received is the hire contract deemed to be valid. If no deposit is received, the contract will be automatically cancelled after 14 days. The remainder of the payment must be paid 5 weeks before the arrival date at the very latest. After making this final payment, you will receive a voucher and the necessary remaining documents. The voucher must be handed in at the campsite reception.

 

Short-notice bookings

In the case of short-notice bookings, the total sum is due for payment immediately after the hire contract has been sent. The booking process takes place exclusively by e-mail or fax.

 

Changes to bookings

A charge of € 15,- will be added in the case of every booking modification made.

 

Prices

All prices quoted are in euros. They include all fees with the exception of resort tax, environmental levies and registration fee. These are different in each resort and must be paid on-site at the relevant reception.

 

Resort tax & registration fee

These taxes must be paid at most tourist sites. They should be paid directly onsite at the campsite in question. The sum involved various greatly depending on the district in question.

 

Supply charge

We charge € 3,- per night supply charge for the provision of gas and electricity as well as for various other additional costs.

 

Arrival/departure

Friday, Saturday or Sunday depending on the booking terms. The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 local time and left in a clean and tidy state. Accommodation can be occupied from 16.00 local time on the arrival date.

 

Final clean

When departing, the accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy state. To ensure the cleanliness of the accommodation, cleaning will be carried out by our own cleaning staff.

 

Dogs

You can bring your 4-legged friends with you to stay in the caravan or mobile home at campsites where dogs are permitted. Please note that dogs are often only allowed in specific dog zones. Dogs may only accompany you where animals are allowed at the campsite and in the accommodation (see campsite

descriptions). Dogs must be kept on a lead at all campsites!

Please bear in mind it is not possible to take dogs along to all the areas of the camping site for hygienic reasons.

The cleaning fee is € 5,-/dog. You must clarify that you will be bringing a dog when placing the booking and dogs must be noted in the hire contract! The dog fee usually has to be paid as an extra charge on-site.

 

Bed linen, hand towels and dishcloths

Please bring bed linen, sheets, hand towels and dishcloths with you. Please also read the information detailed under ‘extra equipment’.

 

Bathroom facilities

When you hire a caravan from Gebetsroither, you will have access to bathroom facilities at the campsite. You can also book a portable camping WC in advance when you make your reservation.

Second vehicle

A parking space is provided with each booking of Gebetsroither accommodation. However, if you wish to bring 2 vehicles, you must agree with the campsite reception as to where the second vehicle will be parked. A fee will be charged for this and must be paid on-site.

 

Erecting a tent

Small tents may not be erected on the reserved pitch. If you wish to bring a tent with you, this can only be erected on an additional pitch within the campsite. Please consult the campsite directly for costs and reservations.

 

Facilities and activities at the campsite

Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, stores, swimming pools, bathroom facilities and entertainments are not available everywhere for the entire season. Offers from the campsite (wellness, pools etc) often against payment of a fee.

 

Travel cancellation

The following reasons for cancellation are covered:

• Illness or death of one of a fellow passenger or close relative

• Pregnancy

• Loss of job following dismissal by employer

• Significant physical damage to property at place of residence by an act of God (e.g. flood, storm etc).

In all cases we require written confirmation(doctor, employer etc.)

The Travel cancellation is about € 40,- per caravan or mobile home.
