The traditional Catalonian cuisine includes many stews using vegetables, rice, noodles, potatoes and sausage specialities typical of the region. The worldwide famous „Paella Valenciana“ simply has to be tried. Fish specialities include the „Zarzuela“ and as a dessert you should try the famous „Crema Catalana“.
