Friuli-Giulla Venezia is an autonomous region in Italy’s far north.

It is situated on the Adriatic Sea and borders on Slovenia in the east, on Carinthia in the north and on Veneto in the west. Trieste with its picturesque harbours, is the capital of this attractive region. The interesting culture of this region between the Alps and the Adriatic attracts many holidaymakers every year. They appreciate the variety of landscapes this region offers whether mountains, the foothills of the Alps, long, flat, sandy beaches or the wide lagoon landscape. Friuli- Giulla Venezia couldn’t offer more variety.
