Booking Procedure

After the rental object has been booked, we will immediately send you a rental agreement in duplicate. The rental agreement is to be fully filled in and signed and returned to Gebebsroither by post, by mail or by fax. A deposit of 20 % of the overall amount is due within 14 days. The rental agreement is only valid after receipt of the deposit. The agreement is automatically cancelled after 14 days, if no deposit is received. The remaining amount is to be paid at least 5 weeks before commencement of travel without prompting. Then you will receive the voucher and the remaining necessary documents. The voucher is to be handed into the reception at the campsite.

 

General Info

The information on the campsite and equipment, fittings and fixtures are in accordance with the campsite info and found in the appropriate campsite brochure. All images in the catalogue are to be regarded as example illustrations. The Gebetsroither GmbH company cannot be made liable for any changes.

 

Prices

Alll of the prices are given in Euro. All charges are included, accept visitor`s tax, eco-tax, registration fee. Those taxes depend on the region you visit and have to be paid directly at the reception of the campsite.

 

Additional costs

EUR 3 is levied per night as a preparation charge for gas and electricity as well as

for various additional charges. The dog fee is to be usually paid additionally on location.

 

Rental changeover

On Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays depending on availability. The caravan must be cleared by 10 a.m. local time and handed over broom clean. You can move in from 4 p.m. local time; in Austria from 2 p.m. local time.

 

Dogs

Where dogs are allowed on the campsite, you can also bring your 4-legged friends into the caravan or mobile home. On the nudist Istra campsite and Terrace Camping Ossiach there are caravans or mobile homes especially in the dog zone. On the Campsite Slatina, specific mobile homes are available to dog owners only. Dogs must be kept on leads on all campsites! Please do not let your 4-legged friends on the cushions or pillows or in the beds. Bring your own dishes for dog food and water. Never use cooking or eating utensils in the caravan to feed your dog. We assume that you will dispose of your dog’s faeces on the site.

 

Bedding, hand towels and tea towels

The bedding, covers, hand towels and tea towels are usually to be brought from home. Please pay attention to the information in “special equipment”. On some sites you can rent bedding. Pillows and feather beds are available in all mobile homes and caravans. You only need to bring your own covers with you.

 

Sanitary facilities

If you have rented a caravan from Gebetsroither then you are able to make use of the sanitary facilities on the respective campsite. You have the possibility of renting a portaloo from our employees directly on location. A fully furnished bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC is available in our mobile homes.

 

Storno-insurance

You have got the possibility to conclude a cancellation-insurance. This insurance helps you in the case of an accident or even decease. The insurance-cost is € 35,- per caravan respectively mobile home.

 

Rebookings

A one-off rebooking is free of charge. EUR 10 is charged for every further rebooking.

 

Visitor’s tax & registration fee

There are a visitor’s tax and registration fee at almost all tourist spots. You have to pay them directly on location at the campsite. The amount is very different in accordance with the local authorities who set the amount.

 

Second vehicle

A parking space is available from Gebetsroither for every rental object. If you travel in two vehicles, you will have to arrange with the reception desk at the campsite as to where you are allowed to park your second vehicle. A fee is, however, to be paid on location for this second parking space.

 

Small tent

Setting up a small tent on your pitch is basically not permitted. If you bring a tent with you, it has to be set up on an extra camping unit. The costs are to be directly settled with the campsite

 

Facilities and activities on the campsite

Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, swimming pools, organised activities are not always available everywhere during the whole season, but only in the main season.

 

Ferry schedules - crossings

The ferries generally go every 15 minutes in the high season. No registration is necessary. Tickets are to be purchased on location at the landing stage
